Our second level of support designed around our customers who have purchased the modemnet.net technical services in the form of Consumer, Business, Networking, or Consulting services.  If you have questions about your billing, the shipment of a product, about services rendered to your network/computer and other related questions, then you qualify for this level of support.  A modemnet representative will email or call you back once we have received request for help.

Forgot or Lost Your Password?
If you have forgotten or misplaced your modemnet WebMail password and are unable to use your account, please follow these steps:

   1)  Click the above link and enter your WebMail Username, First name, and Last name?
   2)  Click the "Authenticate" Button.
   3)  Enter your "Password Answer" that you provided during setup & press "Get New Password" button.
   4)  Use your new password provided to log into your WebMail account.


Report WebMail Abuses
To report any unsolicited bulk e-mail (aka "spam") or threatening/harassing e-mail that you receive. Or if you see people spamming with or harassing you with a modemnet.net WebMail account or hacking a modemnet.net WebMail account, please forward an unedited copy of the offending message and its full headers to abuse@modemnet.net with your complaint. To expose full headers in WebMail and send in a complaint, follow these 3 steps:

   1)  Log into your WebMail account and open a email message.
   2)  Beside the "Forward" and "Reply" buttons in the top menu, click "Show Full Headers" link.
   3)  Highlight and copy the entire headers & body of the message and send that to abuse@modemnet.net.
